Been noticing a interesting pattern over my last few run. Even though it is cooler and there is a lot of liquid sunshine (also known as rain) my runs are improving. I am going faster or longer times and distances. I have picked up a few new pieces of gear, which I will do a write up on each one here soon.
But, today marked my official training schedule for Badger Mountain 100 miler in March. The website for the race is here. I will try to do at least weekly post on my training schedule. I am using the training schedule from “Running Your First Ultra: Customizable Training Plans for Your First 50K to 100-mile Race” by Krissy Moehl. I am starting at week 33 due to the amount of time I have left until race day.
Just remember one thing out there keep moving and you are winning.
