Recovering Run

After having a stomach bug for about a week I went back out today. Only was able to push out 7 miles. But the thing is that at mile about 2 I was actually done, I did not want to continue. The reason I was able to get the other 5 in was not my own doing, its the one thing I hope everyone that ever reads anything of mine gets, I was the awesome people that I was on the trail with. To them it didn’t matter that we had to slow pace or walk the hills we were all there to enjoy each other and the trails. It was truly the statement, “The only person you have to race is yourself.” So, find a friend or even better a group of friends and go get lost, not really lost, in the trails. Have an amazing week everyone and remember just keep moving forward in everything your do.
