Moment of Doubt

Well today I had a hug realization, there is only 14 weeks until my 100 miler. I honestly started to panic but a friend at work reminded me that with in 10 months of starting running I have completed multiple marathons(2 being back-to-back), back-to-back half marathons and a 50k. He, not knowing, really reminded me that I cannot let the doubt in. I have started to really pick up the training. Switching from 3 days a week to 5-6 days putting on miles and time. I know I can finish this. Once I figure out how I will link my training schedule. I am using the training schedule from “Running Your First Ultra” by Krissy Moehl. Training Schedule

  1. Nice Training Schedule. I like that you’re introducing Yoga. I’ve applied twice a week Yoga (hips primarily) and it has made a huge difference. God luck and let me know if you ever need a running partner.
