Tonight was the first night I did yoga for runners. I just went to youtube and found a video to follow. OK, I will now admit that yoga is hard as hell and so relaxing also. I spent 45 minutes doing only about 9 poses holding each position for about 4-5 minutes. I followed up the yoga with some rolling. I feel like jello in a good way. If you haven’t tried yoga give it a try you just might like it.
