Been doing a lot of changes in my life and in my fitness life. I am not just focusing on running but becoming a pure athlete. I am focusing on what I always talk about but have not been showing and that’s holistic fitness. I have made changes in my food consumption thanks to The 4 Hour Body. I am only running a few days a week now and working functional fitness a few days but the big thing is truly resting. For those that know me I am dealing with PTS and one of my big issues with lack of sleep and rest. Well I am glad to say that is now happening. With a ton of research and talking with others I started to use CBD oil in my nightly tea and we’ll it works amazingly. It has been 1 month since I started to use it and I am sleeping a solid 6-8 hours a night and feel fresh every morning. You will start to see a lot more stuff from me in the next couple months has there are some more huge changes coming.
