Hill Training is my first YouTube video. In this quick video I talk about the advantages of hill training. One thing I did forget to mention is the stretching. I do about 5 minutes of dynamic stretching before any exercise be that running, hiking, playing ball or just about any physical activity. The post stretch is what I am really focusing on. In your post stretch make sure to hit your trouble point be that from the activity or known previous injuries and trouble areas. This few extra minutes will speed up your recovery.
